This property is fully licensed by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). All guests must submit soft copies of their passports to us within 48 hours before check-in. Please note that Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

A security damage deposit is required before check-in. The guest must be verified through our verification partner, SuperHog, and a refundable damage deposit of $500 or an insurance waiver policy must be taken/paid directly to them before check-in.
