A security damage deposit is required before check-in. Guests must be verified through our verification partner, SuperHog. A refundable damage deposit of $500 or an insurance waiver policy must be arranged directly with SuperHog before check-in. (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS OR CARD PAYMENTS.) 

The cleaning fee covers the apartment's cleaning after your stay. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. A starter pack of toiletries is provided; however, additional consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and toiletries are not included.
