Who can advertise on Dubai Monthly Rentals?
Private property owners and licensed holiday-home operators can create an advertiser account. Hotel, serviced-accommodation and developer advertising accounts are coming soon. The setup and verification requirements change depending on the type of advertiser.
Can a private owner advertise directly?
Yes. A private owner can create an account and advertise eligible properties directly without appointing an operator just to use the platform. Your account is verified as an individual rather than as a company.
What does a private owner need?
We require personal identity verification, such as Emirates ID or passport. Each property also has its own compliance record, where ownership evidence such as the title deed and any applicable holiday-home permit can be uploaded before publication.
Where do I manage my listing?
Create and maintain your property record in your ListedDirect advertiser dashboard. Keep its details, images, rates and availability current for publication on Dubai Monthly Rentals.
Why advertise here instead of using a commission-based platform?
The model is paid advertising rather than a booking commission. You keep direct control of your enquiries, guest relationship, availability and pricing while gaining visibility on Dubai Monthly Rentals.
Do you charge commission on bookings?
No. The platform charges for advertising packages and optional visibility upgrades. We do not take a percentage commission from the booking value.
Do I have to sign a long-term advertising contract?
No long-term advertising contract is required for the standard self-service packages. Upgrades can take effect immediately, while downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
Do I keep control of my property and enquiries?
